The legal team and family of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), have concluded their latest visitation with him. During the meeting, discussions centred on a surprising court notice requiring Kanu’s appearance on Monday, 10th February 2025.
The notice, issued by the court, indicates that the case will be transferred from the General Cause List to the Hearing Paper. The hearing is scheduled to take place at 10:00 AM, contingent on the court’s schedule. If the business of the court does not permit, the hearing will be adjourned to another day without further notice to the parties involved.
