Inibehe Effiong Visits Quadri Yusuf Alabi at Kirikiri Custodial Centre
Lagos, Nigeria – Human rights lawyer Inibehe Effiong visited Quadri Yusuf Alabi at the Minimum Security Custodial Centre in Kirikiri on Friday, joined by Quadri’s mother and sister. Effiong, who travelled from Ogun State after a legal engagement, was accompanied by a delegation from the Obedient Movement, led by Interim National Coordinator Yunusa Tanko.
The delegation included prominent movement leaders Morris Monye, Dr Mo Paul, and Serah Ibrahim, who expressed solidarity with Quadri. Effiong praised Hassana Nurudeen, co-founder of Ray of Hope Prison Outreach, for highlighting Quadri’s detention and raising public awareness. Nurudeen also attended the visit.
Effiong stated that his team is pursuing all legal avenues to secure justice for Quadri, whose case has drawn significant attention. Further updates are expected as efforts continue.
